Title: Melodies of Life from Final Fantasy 9
Genre: Video Game
You like this Artist/Group, you'll probably like: Final Fantasy Pray or Final Fantasy Love Will Grow
Comments: This is a great song. I actually heard this song and I fell in love with it, so I wrote a songfic to it. (It was a het fic involving Magus Zeal and an original character, Corrine Graie). But this song is just so sad and sort of 'what could of been' that it makes me almost weep. That game, especially if you think of all the sadness. Not my favorite Final Fantasy game. (It would take alot to beat FF6 or FFX-2 for me) but one of those games that had alot of strong and solid moments that truly touch the heart.

Notable Lyrics: "Our paths they did cross though I cannot say just why. We met we left, we held on fast.. and then we said goodbye"

Title: Apres un Reve by Ali Project
Genre: Anime/Jpop
You Like this Artist/Group, you'll probably like: SeeSaw
Comments: Ali Project is definitely a love for me. Mainly because most of their music is either cloyingly innocent and beautiful.. or dancey and macabre. It is like comparing evil Chii to regular Chii. This is actually from the never released anime, Wish. Ali Project did a bunch of songs for CLAMP since CLAMP admires their work. They also did the theme song to Noir as well as the gorgeous song, "Pastel Pure" from Maria-sama ga Miteru. If you want something gothic without resigning yourself to J-rock, Ali Project is the way to go. This song is fairly innocent sounding though. This song has been brought to you by 372, the friend lev and the word, Moogle.

Notable Lyrics: N/A
